Prashant Pal

Prashant Pal is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and scaling software solutions across various technology companies. At Harness, Prashant progressed from Staff Software Engineer to Principal Software Engineer, where major contributions included enhancing a workflow engine and implementing a distributed fault-tolerant orchestration engine capable of handling 1 million pipeline executions daily. Previous roles include cofounding and serving as CTO of Pickingo Logixpress, leading a technology team to develop an order management system leveraging real-time GPS data, and various engineering positions at Development Alternatives, Vy Capital, Auroville Investment Management, Contata Solutions, Invelocity Labs, and RIVIGO, where Prashant focused on application development and team leadership. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Currently employed as a Software Engineer at Meta since May 2024.
