Qaisar Raza

Qaisar Raza possesses extensive experience in risk operations, governance advising, and legal policy analysis. At Meta since January 2021, Qaisar has focused on global risk operations, addressing integrity challenges and implementing content policies across platforms. Prior roles include serving as Governance Adviser for UNDP's "Merged Areas Governance Programme," where Qaisar aided in the integration of the former FATA region into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Additional positions held encompass Technical Director at the Legal Aid Society Sindh, Deputy Team Lead for the Justice System Support Programme (JSSP) at Adam Smith International, and several advisory roles emphasizing policy development and criminal justice reform. Qaisar's academic background includes research fellowships at notable institutions, enhancing expertise in law and public policy.
