Qi Qi

Qi Qi possesses extensive experience in machine learning and computer vision, currently serving as a Research Scientist at Meta since November 2024, focusing on multimodal large language models for Meta AI. Prior to this, Qi Qi worked at TikTok as a Machine Learning Engineer, contributing to platform governance through multimodal LLMs, and at Netflix as a Computer Vision Researcher, presenting work at the ICML 2023 Workshop aimed at enhancing identity and celebrity recognition without demographic data. Additionally, a role as Display Machine Learning Engineer at Apple involved creating a YOLO-based training pipeline for next-generation display content detection. Academically, Qi Qi holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and a Master’s degree from 中国科学技术大学, along with a top-ranking Bachelor's degree in Information and Computing Science from 青岛理工大学.
