Qian Cai

Qian Cai possesses extensive experience in tax consulting and management across various prominent companies. Beginning as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP from June 2007 to June 2009, Qian advanced to the role of Tax Lead at CSC from June 2009 to February 2012. Following this, Qian served as Tax Manager at Hughes Network Systems from February 2012 to November 2014, and then transitioned to the same position at Discovery Communications from December 2014 to May 2017. Currently, Qian holds the position of International Tax Manager at Meta, starting in May 2017. Qian earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from The George Washington University, completing the program in 2007.
