Qichao Que has over seven years of experience in engineering and machine learning roles within top technology companies. At Meta, Qichao served as a Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing news feed ranking and core machine learning modeling, contributing to the development of the world's largest machine learning model for billions of users. Prior experience includes a Research Scientist position at Facebook focusing on news feed ranking and machine learning, as well as a Graduate Research Associate role at The Ohio State University, where Qichao developed algorithms for data analysis and machine learning. Qichao also gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Google, enhancing visual object recognition and handwriting recognition systems. Qichao holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.
