Qin L. is a research engineer at Meta's Superintelligence Labs since August 2025. Prior to this, Qin served as Tech Lead at Scale AI, building and leading the LLM post-training platform RLXF from August 2023 to August 2025. Qin's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Research SDE at Microsoft Azure AI from June 2017 to September 2022, focusing on large deep learning models in natural language processing. Additionally, Qin was a Senior Research Developer at Baidu, Inc., contributing to the development of the PADDLE deep learning platform from July 2014 to July 2016. Qin holds a Master of Science in Computational Science and Engineering from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Machine Learning from Peking University, and a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Automation and Mathematics from Tsinghua University.
