Rachel Steiner

Rachel Steiner is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various roles across multiple organizations. Starting at n&k Technology, Inc. as a Field Service Coordinator from August 2004 to July 2006, Rachel transitioned to USAF-Europe, working at Ramstein Inn from September 2003 to May 2004. From August 2011 to July 2014, Rachel served as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Advisor/Generalist at Intuit. Subsequently, Rachel worked at Facebook as an HR Business Partner for Ads and Business Products from August 2014 until August 2021, followed by a current position as HR Manager for Reality Labs at Meta since July 2021. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from California State University, Chico, earned between 1999 and 2003.
