Rafay Azhar

Rafay Azhar is a highly skilled technology professional with significant experience in software engineering and machine learning. Notable positions include serving as a Software Engineering Intern at NETSOL Technologies Inc. and contributing to the development of Automatic Number Plate Recognition models at Punjab Information Technology Board. Rafay also held roles as a Machine Learning Researcher at both Harvard University and the Kempner Institute, focusing on text classification and sentiment analysis for socio-economic studies.
