Rahul Agarwal

Rahul Agarwal is an accomplished technical program manager with extensive experience in the semiconductor and materials science industries. At Lam Research, Rahul served as a Technical Program Manager in the CSBG Reliant Deposition division from January 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Rahul holds a similar position at Meta within the Reality Labs team since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Rahul worked at Intel Corporation from April 2019 to December 2019, taking on multiple positions including Optane Array Process Integration Engineer and 3D NAND Pathfinding and Cell Process Integration Engineer. Earlier experience includes a role as Materials Development Engineer III at Intermolecular from August 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included nanoscale material characterization and optimization for memory applications. Rahul's academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
