Raj Hrk has extensive experience in talent acquisition spanning over a decade, with a focus on technology recruitment for leading companies. Beginning a career at Atos Syntel, Raj progressed through roles at Jade Global, Cybage, and KPIT, where expertise in Oracle Apps and DBA practices was developed. Later positions at Xoriant and Facebook involved sourcing for fullstack, machine learning, and backend engineers across various global markets including APAC and EMEA. Currently at Meta, Raj continues to excel as a Technical Sourcer, handling recruitment for diverse engineering roles in multiple locations, while also possessing a solid educational background with a Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics from Anna University and an MBA in HRM from Bharathiar University.
