Ram S. has extensive experience in quality engineering and test management across various industries. Beginning as an Associate Software Engineer at Baan Info Systems and transitioning through roles at Siemens Technology India and Lucent Technologies, Ram developed foundational skills in software testing. Key positions include Senior SDET at Skytap, Lead SDET at TUNE, and Senior Software Design Engineer at SAP Concur, where Ram advocated for customer needs and managed test frameworks. Ram led testing teams at Pluto TV as a Software Test Engineering Manager, overseeing the quality of multiple backend services and implementing strategic improvements. Currently serving as QA Engineering Lead at Meta, Ram continues to ensure the quality of system components for a Metaverse product. Ram holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Pondicherry Engineering College and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Washington Bothell.
