Randy Tavarez, CPA, CIA, possesses extensive experience in internal auditing and compliance across various industries. At KPMG US, Randy served as a Senior Associate and Associate, leading integrated audits and ensuring compliance with regulations for a diverse clientele while providing assurance on financial statements through thorough assessments. Following this, at L3 Technologies, Randy acted as a Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on operational and financial audits, including revenue recognition and anti-bribery audits at international divisions. During roles at Salesforce and currently at Meta, Randy has taken on senior management responsibilities in internal audit operations, conducting investigations, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to the development of an Enterprise Risk Management Program. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business.
