Rashid Ibrahim

Rashid Ibrahim is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as an Electrical Subject Matter Expert at Meta since November 2023. Previously, Rashid worked as a Critical Facility Engineer, conducting inspections and overseeing maintenance activities. At EFS Facilities Services Group, Rashid was a Facility Electrical Engineer at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant, responsible for the maintenance and operation of various electrical systems. Earlier roles included Project Maintenance Engineer at ADDC, where expertise in compliance and corrective maintenance for substations was demonstrated, and Substation Maintenance Engineer at Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company, focusing on maintenance protocols for switchgear and other equipment. Rashid's career began at Sudanese Sugar Co. as a Maintenance Engineer, specializing in cogeneration and production line equipment maintenance. Rashid holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology.
