Rasika Iyer

Rasika Iyer is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, agency management, and brand strategy. Currently serving as an Agency Partner at Meta since May 2025, Rasika previously held the position of Senior Manager - Marketing at Tata Digital, where responsibilities included leading the Paid Media and SEO portfolio for Tata Neu and driving brand building and customer acquisition efforts. Previous roles include Paid Media Strategist at Beech Street Digital, Business Manager at Performics India, and various internships that contributed to a diverse skill set in digital marketing and project management. Rasika holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, a Bachelor of Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Bharatnatyam.
