Ray C.

Ray C. has a strong background in software engineering, beginning with an internship at MediaTek where a coherence-based algorithm improved word recognition under noise conditions. At Bloomberg LP, Ray developed tools that simplified application development for R+ developers. Subsequently, at Oracle, enhancements were made to a benchmark tool for the InfiniBand XRC protocol. In roles at Square and Uber, Ray led projects that significantly increased revenue, including the Real Time Payments project and the Dispatch Config framework, now utilized by multiple teams. Currently, Ray serves as a Staff Software Engineer at Meta. Academic credentials include two master's degrees, one in Communication Engineering from National Taiwan University and another in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
