Raymond Sung

Raymond Sung is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in high-performance computing and deep learning hardware design. At Intel Corporation, roles included Individual Contributor focused on next-generation big core processors, a Deep Learning Hardware Engineer in the Advanced Architecture Group, and Design Engineering Manager overseeing implementation teams for Efficient Core CPUs. Subsequently, Raymond served as Silicon Architect at Stealth and as Senior Principal NPU Architect at SAPEON Inc., where responsibilities involved designing datacenter inference accelerators and optimizing neural networks. Currently, Raymond is an ASIC Engineer at Meta, specializing in Infra Silicon. Educationally, Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on VLSI from the University of Alberta.
