Rayna DeMaster

Hardware Systems Architect

Rayna DeMaster is an experienced aerospace engineer and systems architect with a robust background in space exploration and engineering design. Notable positions include serving as a NASA Academy Research Associate at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where Rayna conducted astrodynamics analysis for lunar missions and led a team for the EAGLE mission to Enceladus. Previous experience includes a research associate role at Jet Propulsion Laboratory focused on long-term lunar and Martian mission development, as well as various leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace, Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, and in principal and senior systems architect roles at Microsoft and Meta. Rayna holds a BAEM and MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute.
