Renuka Bhalerao

Renuka Bhalerao is currently engaged at Meta as part of the Network Infra Ecosystems team since January 2023 and has been involved with Facebook's Connectivity Ecosystem Programs since July 2016, focusing on the adoption of open architecture hardware and software through initiatives like the Telecom Infra Project and the Open Compute Project. Renuka serves as a Technical Committee Member for the Telecom Infra Project since August 2017. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Radisys Corporation, leading the LTE/3G software and services business unit, and Sr. Product Line Manager for Trillium Software and Small Cells. Additional experience includes a Principal Systems Architect position at Radisys, Sr. Architect and Architect roles at Continuous Computing, and a Senior Software Engineer position at Intel Corporation. Renuka initiated a career in telecommunications at CDOT, contributing to the design of mobile switching center software. Educational qualifications consist of a B. Tech in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
