Rex Hill

Rex Hill is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in architecture and ASIC design across various prestigious companies. Beginning at Synoptics/Bay Networks/Nortel from April 1993 to April 1995 as an Architect and ASIC lead, Rex continued this role at Applied Research Lab, Washington University, and at Alcatel/Xylan. Following a tenure at Troika Networks and QLogic, Rex worked as a Software Architect at LSI Logic and then served as Senior Director of Technology at Qualcomm Research until April 2022. Currently, Rex holds the position of Technical Lead Director, ML Architecture at Meta, focusing on building innovative technology solutions. Rex earned a Master of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis, completing studies from 1986 to 1993.
