Richa Deshmukh

Richa Deshmukh is a software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, including positions at Microsoft and GitHub, where contributions to GitHub Copilot, GitHub Search, and GitHub Repos were made. Richa began as a software developer intern at Lion Group LLC and gained further experience as a summer intern at Incedo Inc. and as a grader at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. Additional internships were held at SAMSUNG R&D Institute India and ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. Currently, Richa is employed at Meta since August 2025. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and a Master of Science from New York University, complemented by earlier studies at Bombay Scottish School and D. G. Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
