Rick Farr

Rick Farr is an experienced audit and compliance professional with a robust background in information technology and internal audit management. Currently serving as Audit Director at Meta since July 2023, Rick has also held roles as Internal Audit Manager at Meta, Director of Information Technology Audit at Varo Bank, and Information Technology Compliance Manager at Supermicro. Prior to these positions, Rick was Director of Technology Audit and Data Analytics at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing the Technology Audit team and executing risk-based audits and SOX IT testing. Rick began his career at HP as an IT Auditor, progressing to Lead IT Auditor, and later served as Chief of Staff to the VP of Internal Audit, overseeing a $19M budget and leading significant organizational changes during a major corporate split. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Davis.
