Rigat Keleta

Rigat Keleta has a diverse professional background with experience in program coordination, research, education, and risk management. Rigat held positions such as Program Coordinator at the National Union of Eritrean Women, focusing on capacity-building projects and gender awareness events, and served as a Legal Research Fellow at Women Enabled International, Inc., conducting research on disability and gender. Experience includes being an Educator at Warsay Yikealo Secondary School, where Rigat co-founded a mentorship initiative for female students, and interning at UNFPA WCARO, supporting operational efforts. Rigat has contributed to equity and inclusion at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, where roles included Strategic Planning Specialist. Current work as a Risk Management and Intelligence Specialist at Meta complements a strong educational foundation, comprising two Master of Arts degrees in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence, as well as Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.
