Rio Johnson

Rio Johnson has a diverse professional background in recruiting and athletics. At Meta, Rio began as a Recruiting Coordinator in 2017, responsible for creating an engaging candidate experience and managing the offer process. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter, Rio collaborates with the Sourcing team and Hiring Managers to address the needs of the Production Engineering organization. Previous experiences include playing quarterback at both East Carolina University and the University of Dubuque, coordinating volunteer efforts for Congresswoman Lois Capps, and overseeing facility operations within the university’s wellness and recreation department. Rio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Dubuque and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from East Carolina University.
