Rita Huang

Rita Huang is an experienced Technical Sourcer with a strong background in product design and user products for major tech companies. Currently working at TikTok since January 2024, Rita focuses on eCommerce in the US and UK. Prior to TikTok, Rita held roles at Meta and Google, where responsibilities included building talent pipelines for design roles and collaborating closely with hiring managers to enhance candidate experiences. At Google, Rita led sourcing efforts for AI/ML positions, achieving a 100% offer acceptance rate. Rita has also worked at Course Hero, where leadership was provided to junior team members in recruitment initiatives, and at Aerotek, where a successful marketing and creative recruitment division was developed. Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of the Pacific.
