Robert Hennegan

Robert Hennegan has over 33 years of leadership experience, primarily with the U.S. Navy, where notable roles included Rear Admiral and Commander of various submarine and mine warfare units, as well as Deputy Commander for the Joint Functional Component Command for Global Strike. Hennegan demonstrated accountability in operations management, strategy development, and innovation. After military service, Hennegan took on roles in the private sector as Director of Global Data Center Facility Operations at Facebook and currently serves as VP, Global Data Center Facility Operations at Meta. Hennegan holds an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
