Robert Sweeney is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and entrepreneurship. As the co-founder and CEO of Facet, a technical recruiting company, Robert leveraged software and scientific methods to enhance recruiting practices. Previously, Robert held significant roles at Netflix, where notable contributions included developing the feature for automatically playing the next episode, and at Numetric, which achieved rapid growth under Robert’s leadership, raising over $16 million in VC funding. Additional experience includes founding Attack Pattern, an engineering-focused software development agency, and serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft.
