Roberta Raileanu

Roberta Raileanu is an accomplished researcher in the fields of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and astrophysics. A Bachelor’s Degree in Astrophysics was earned at Princeton University, which laid the foundation for a diverse range of internships and roles. Roberta's experience includes a research internship at the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics, a focus on multi-agent reinforcement learning at Microsoft, and significant contributions as a research scientist intern at DeepMind and Meta, where leadership roles involve overseeing AI agents for scientific discovery and reinforcement learning teams. Currently serving as an Honorary Lecturer at UCL, Roberta co-developed a course on Open-Endedness and General Intelligence while advising PhD students and being an active member of DARK Lab.
