With a background as a Nuclear Reactor Operator at Palo Verde Generating Station, Roger ensured safe operations of reactor systems and auxiliary equipment. Previous roles also include Team Lead and Curriculum Manager in the US Navy, where Roger managed instructors and developed technical training programs. Roger holds multiple technical qualifications, including a degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, and has undergone specialized training in nuclear propulsion and electrical engineering.
