Critical Facilities Engineer

Roger Carrillo is an experienced professional with a background in military and engineering roles. Serving in the US Navy from March 2021 to September 2023, Roger held the position of Integrated Work Scheduling Lead, where responsibilities included project timeline production and material management using MS Project, along with supervising a newly established integrated work schedule team. Prior roles included Nuclear Machinist Mate and 3M Assistant, supporting preventive maintenance programs aboard the USS Ohio. After transitioning from military service, Roger has held positions at Meta as a Critical Facilities Engineer and at Eaton as a Field Services Representative, while also participating in the Skillbridge Program at Allegiant Giving focused on project management. Educational achievements include an Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of La Verne, along with training at Nuclear Power School.
