Rohan Agarwal

Rohan Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and machine learning. At Waymo, Rohan served as a Product Data Science Manager, leading a team of 12 in enhancing autonomous vehicle behavior and driving significant safety metric improvements through simulation analysis. In previous roles at Uber, Rohan contributed to data initiatives, co-founding Uber Works and automating bonus allocation strategies to optimize rider and driver engagement. Currently, as a Data Scientist at Meta, Rohan focuses on Instagram Recommendations while also leading the Attribution Expansion organization at TRM Labs to detect crypto fraud. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Cum Laude, from Northwestern University.
