Ron Blank has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership within the technology sector, currently serving as a Tech Lead Manager at Meta since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ron worked as a Software Engineer focused on simulations and synthetic data at Facebook from July 2020 to October 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Physicist and Senior Developer at Magic Leap, where the focus was on simulations and synthetic data from October 2017 to July 2020, and as an R&D officer at the Israel Ministry of Defense from November 2010 to November 2017, concentrating on electromagnetic propagation in dielectric and conductive media. Ron holds a Master of Science in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, both from Tel Aviv University.
