Roushon Talcott

Roushon Talcott has a diverse background with significant experience in project management and legislative roles. At GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), Roushon served in various capacities from Junior Associate to Client Solutions Manager, focusing on curating custom learning experiences. Subsequent work at Meta involved leading complex projects in Global Response Operations and managing teams to enhance user safety in South Asia. Prior experience includes roles in the Texas House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide and later as Legislative Director, where Roushon was involved in drafting and promoting legislation. Roushon holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
