Rowena Ruan has a diverse background in analytics and marketing, with significant experience at leading companies. Starting as an Analyst in Strategy & Analysis at Digitas from June 2010 to July 2012, Rowena moved to Mindshare as Manager of Business Planning until March 2014. Rowena then served as Manager of Analytics at Starcom for six months before transitioning to Ogilvy & Mather as a Senior Consultant in Marketing Analytics from September 2014 to June 2016. Rowena continued to develop expertise at Facebook as PMM for Newsfeed Integrity from June 2016 to May 2021, followed by a role at Discord as Sr. PMM focusing on AI and Safety from December 2021 to May 2023. Currently, Rowena is a Trust Product Marketer at Meta's Reality Labs, a position held since September 2024.
