Roy G Sims

Roy G Sims is an experienced construction manager with a focus on managing large-scale projects in the data center and energy sectors. Currently serving as Campus Construction Manager at Meta since October 2022, Roy G Sims supports new build construction and retrofit teams across a multi-site data center campus. Prior to this role, Roy G Sims held various managerial positions at Meta from November 2020 to September 2022, including Area Construction Manager and Retrofits Project Manager. Roy G Sims' extensive background also includes work at ExxonMobil from March 2014 to August 2019, where roles encompassed project management services and turnaround management, as well as a tenure at Shell from August 2019 to November 2020 as a turnaround manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
