Roy Luo

Roy (Fanguang) Luo, MS, PE, PMP, is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in engineering management and project coordination. Roy's career includes significant roles at GE as an Application Engineer for International Projects, where coordination was managed across multiple continents, and at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) as Branch Manager, overseeing operations and leading teams to address power system challenges in Silicon Valley. Currently, Roy serves as an Electrical Engineer in Strategic Engineering and Design at Meta, focusing on the innovative development of next-generation data centers. Roy holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston.
