Roy Menczer is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining software systems. Starting a career at Mellanox Technologies as a SW Engineer, Roy transitioned to Dell EMC ScaleIO, where software engineering skills were further honed from June 2017 to July 2019. Subsequently, Roy worked at Vonage from July 2019 to June 2022, focusing on building new microservices with Python and NodeJS while engaging in front-end development using StencilJS. As a Senior Software Engineer at Riskified from June 2022 to September 2024, responsibilities included managing complex customer-billing systems and onboarding processes through the decomposition of legacy code and the creation of NodeJS microservices and front-end interfaces with React. Currently, Roy serves as a Software Engineer at Meta since June 2025. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
