Ruchi Verma has extensive experience in operations management and business integrity, with a career spanning over a decade in prominent technology companies. Ruchi held managerial positions at Facebook, where responsibilities included overseeing Global Partner Operations & Enablement and leading the Business Integrity team aimed at fostering trustworthy connections between users and businesses. Prior to Facebook, Ruchi was the Global Head of Business Integrity Partner Operations at Amazon, managing Alexa Skills Catalog Operations and the Amazon Appstore. Initial experience includes roles at IBM as a Service Restoration Manager and at Dell as a Technical Support Specialist and Customer Experience Coach. Ruchi holds an MBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computers with a minor in Project Management from Panjab University.
