Rui Z. possesses a diverse background in consulting, recruitment, and strategic governance. Experience includes serving as a Consultant for Spring Professional in China and South East Asia, and holding the position of Vice Chair at Facebook, where Rui facilitated international recruiting efforts and filled over 115 unique positions across various domains. Currently, Rui serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Simply Limitless, focusing on mental health and community resilience, while also contributing to the Campus Advisory Board at the London School of Science & Technology and leading the Latin@ UK Committee at Meta. Rui co-founded the Facebook Connections Program to enhance inclusivity and diversity in recruiting and has acted as a Parent Governor at Primary Advantage Federation. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Sichuan Normal University.
