Rustam Hashimov is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in software development and management. At Landing AI, Rustam served as the Engineering Leader for LandingLens from January 2019 to December 2020, focusing on simplifying AI integration. Prior to Landing AI, Rustam worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2017, contributing to Azure Log Analytics for distributed data storage. Rustam then held a Senior Software Engineer position at Meta from April 2017 to December 2018 before transitioning to an Engineering Manager role at Google from August 2021 to January 2025.
