Ruth Hession

Ruth Hession is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in internal talent management, recruitment, and organizational performance. Ruth has held several key roles at Meta, including Internal Talent Program Manager and Internal Mobility Partner, contributing to HR operations from January 2022 to January 2025. Prior to that, experience includes positions at Facebook as an EMEA Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator, as well as a Senior People and Performance Consultant at Deloitte Australia. Ruth began in HR roles with Allianz Insurance and has foundational experience in customer service at permanent tsb. Educationally, Ruth holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with HR from Dublin City University, completed in 2013.
