Ruth Lenton is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across leading technology companies. Beginning as an HR Officer at WorldPay Ltd from November 2000 to February 2004, Ruth progressed to significant roles at Microsoft, serving as Human Resources Manager for Microsoft Research/Advanced Technology Labs and HR Business Partner at Microsoft Research Ltd until February 2015. After a tenure as HR Business Partner at Facebook from March 2015 to September 2022, Ruth took on the role of HR Business Partner Manager at Meta from August 2020, eventually becoming Human Resources Director at Meta in September 2022. Ruth holds a BA (Hons) in European Business and Law and a CIPD Diploma in HR Practice, both from Anglia Ruskin University.
