Ryan Bair

Ryan Bair is a seasoned professional with experience in communication and event management. At McKinsey & Company, Ryan served as a Learning Planner and Communications Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing communication efforts for the Life Sciences and SHaPE practices and overseeing various learning programs for business professionals. Previous experience includes roles as an Event Supervisor and Coordinator of Entertainment Productions at ZooTampa at Lowry Park, and Lead Event Host and Event Planner at American Campus Communities, achieving significant sales and managing large-scale events. Early in the career, Ryan worked as a Lifeguard and Certified Water Safety Instructor for the City of Clearwater, contributing to community safety and customer service. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Meeting and Event Planning from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from St. Petersburg College. Currently serving as a Community Experience Partner at Meta since April 2024.
