Ryan Faul

Ryan Faul is a seasoned operations and management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. At Amazon, Ryan served as ICQA Area Manager, overseeing inventory accuracy at the largest fulfillment center and managing a team of over 100 associates. Transitioning to Meta, Ryan held the position of Outbound Problem Solve Manager and later as Head of AMERS | EMEA Partner Operations, where oversight included content moderation site operations across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. Prior experience in the United States Marine Corps included roles such as Company Commander and Platoon Commander, with deployments supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Additionally, Ryan served as a Partner at McChrystal Group, focusing on organizational transformation, and currently holds the role of Director of Operations at Meta, leading global Community Operations outsourcing sites. Ryan holds a BA in History from Purdue University.
