Ryan Monroe is an experienced engineer with a strong background in signal analysis, machine learning, and technology leadership. At NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Ryan worked as a Signal Analysis Engineer from February 2012 to June 2014, focusing on DSP algorithms and FPGA resource utilization for various science applications.
