Ryan Patterson

Ryan Patterson has extensive experience in real estate and strategic initiatives, having served as Director of Global Real Estate at Meta from February 2015 to May 2018, where leadership included workplace programs and a $1B Housing Initiative. Prior roles at Meta included Head of Bay Area Transactions, negotiating significant office space deals, and Manager of Real Estate for HQ Expansion, overseeing a substantial headquarters development. Previously, Ryan worked at Prologis as an Investment Manager, focusing on acquisition strategies, and also as a Dispositions Associate managing property sales. Earlier experience includes portfolio management at MacFarlane Partners and real estate consulting. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern University.
