Ryan Westerman

Ryan Westerman is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and hardware engineering. Beginning with foundational roles such as an intern at Silicon Labs and AMD, Ryan has progressed to significant positions, including Digital Hardware Engineer at National Instruments, where contributions included product development and automation scripting. Currently, Ryan holds the title of Senior Research Engineer in Wearables at Meta after serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Zoom. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
