Ryan Will

Ryan Will is a data scientist with a strong background in neuroscience and extensive experience in predictive modeling and data analysis. From June 2011 to May 2016, Ryan served as a Graduate Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, conducting experiments on drug addiction and employing statistical methods to analyze complex data sets. Following this, Ryan worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Netspend, where responsibilities included developing predictive models to mitigate enterprise-wide risk, optimizing product performance through A/B testing, and mentoring junior staff. Currently, Ryan is employed at Meta as a Data Scientist, continuing to leverage expertise in machine learning and data analytics. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Centre College.
