Saad Ismail is an experienced software engineer and engineering manager with a background in both industry and research. Currently at Meta since May 2017, Saad has held roles as Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager. Saad previously contributed to IBM T. J. Watson Research Center from 2015 to 2017, working on innovative projects such as developing a new programming language and creating health data synchronization applications. Additional experiences include co-founding Spottr, where mobile applications for tracking data usage were developed, and roles at AirWatch and Pegasystems focused on software development and testing. Saad holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
