Saikat Sen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and engineering management. Currently serving as an Industry Mentor for both the Stanford Accelerator Program and the MIT AI Venture Studio, Saikat has also played a key role as a Fractional CTO for a stealth GenAI security startup and most recently as an AI/ML Manager at Meta, focusing on ads ranking. Previously, Saikat held various significant positions at Microsoft for over two decades, including Principal Architect and ML Scientist, and contributed as a software developer at renowned companies such as Lucent Technologies and Aditi. Additionally, Saikat has served as a Startup and CEO Advisor and was a Commissioner for the Economic Vitality Commission, emphasizing expertise in economic development.
