Sameeran Rao is a software engineer with experience in various technology roles. At Meta since January 2019, Sameeran contributes to software development, following a tenure at Conga where responsibilities included designing and developing a multi-tenant AI platform using Typescript, Node.js, MongoDB, and Redis on Microsoft Azure. Prior to Conga, Sameeran interned at Rithmio, focusing on a gesture recognition fitness app for Android and enhancing database architecture. Academic contributions as a Graduate Student Assistant at Arizona State University involved supporting courses in Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Sameeran holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
